Hi,
We have a script that looks into the outgoing quarantine for false-positives.
This script checks only code rejectid 13 and 19 and then do a simple regex match for the keyword (or url) in the message. If it does not find the keyword/url, it removes the message from the quarantine and re-inejcts it back in the system so it can be re-evaluated.
The problem I see is that messages that have too many space in the subject header also gets the reject id 13 (Keywords found in content) and the rejectdetails say ("Found Keywords: [Exceeded max spaces in subject]").
The script keeps re-injecting and re-evaluating this message expecting to find "Exceeded max space in subject" any where in the message.
Can you make a new rejectid for this and file it accordingly.
thanks.
------------- best regards
Atif

Atif,
This is another reasonable (and simple ) request. We've already added to our nightly builds, it will show up in the next release we'll make available.
