Hey guys,

Alright, so either I'm missing something or this tool is missing a basic fuctionallity - Subject Keyword filtering. I can send an email with the words - WIN, FREE, ROLEX, etc... in the body and it's blocked by keyword filter. What's killing me is that those very same words in the Subject goes right through. What am I missing here? Most fitlers have subject and general keyword filtering. My list is so large that it's blocking too many legit emails. If I could get it to scan subjects, I could relax the list some. I'm using the latest 60 demo version 3.5.4.692

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Jim,

To have a keyword search be performed against the subject of an email, simply prefix the keyword(s) with "Subject:". So for example to look for the word "test" in the subject, your keyword line would read:

Subject:test

Please note that the "subject" prefix is not case sensitive, and neither are the keywords themselves.

As a side-note, we replied to your original email yesterday with this same information, in case you have not received it.
