The last 2 nights, SF has been locked in Black List cache cleanup.

(5928) Blacklist cache - starting cleanup
(4936) Blacklist cache - starting cleanup
(5772) Running TTerminateIdleThreads - SFTC=0 - SFFC=0
(5772) Running TTerminateIdleThreads SSL - SFTC=0 - SFFC=0
(4880) Running TTerminateIdleThreads SSL - SFTC=0 - SFFC=0
(4880) Running TTerminateIdleThreads - SFTC=0 - SFFC=0

This process continues until the load of the new data base, corpus.db, then continues cleanup. The cycle is approx. 30 minutes. No connection information is logged during this time and no black list cache removal info.

6 hours and 30 minutes the first night and 7 hours last night.
I'm ready to really minimize SFDB to local black lists, reverse dns and MX records until I get this figured out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's likely that there was, unfortunately, an error that caused SpamFilter to stop processing incoming emails, and just allowed it to perform routine cleanup tasks. If you can please zip and email us the two logfiles for SpamFilter for the two days it happened? If the zip file is over 5MB in size, I'll be sending you our ftp login info via private message.
