Roberto,

I tried to track down why this particular email made it by the filters and could not.  I looked in the whitelist and that email sender was not in there.  I purposely did not post that log info here, because of potential spammer eyes thinking, "Ohh that works to get the email by the filters!"  So I emailed it to your support email.  If you feel that this error poses not risk, then post your reply here as well with snipits from the email I sent you.

Michael,

Did you see the error "String Matching error" in the logs?  This is usuallu a mal-formed regular expression where there are not enough open or closing brackets or parentheses.

Dan and Roberto,

I noticed that after it was pointed out in the logs on the return email you sent back.  It only happens with that email so far, and thats why I was wondering what was going on.  I removed the offending string portion, so I shouldn't get that error any more.

For the record, in case this issue occurs again to other users, here's the email's exchanged today:
==================================
Michael,

We checked into your issue, and all versions of SpamFilter v4.x indeed have built-in error correction that allows us to continue checking all keywords even if one is causing an error. So in your case the specific keyword line with the misformatted RegEx will not be tested, but all your other keywords should be processed normally.

Michael,

From the log below, we see there’s an error in your keyword list with the entry that contains the phone number “225-5047”. SpamFilter will skip the keyword test due to this, but will apply all other filters. We have been in the process of trying to allow the keyword test to continue even though one or more RegEx entries in the list were improperly formatted, I’ll update you within a few hours to let you know if ha has already been implemented or not.
