Awesome Product - Fabulous Support.

We are a web and email hosting provider.  We are running 2 SFE servers with MSSQL and handle about a million messages per day.

Very reliable.  I only restart the service when I update the product to a new version.

As for effectiveness, we stop about 97% of the inbound messages.  Of those stopped, less than 25 per day are released by customers from the quarantine (because the message was a false positive)

No regrets.  It is worth every penny.

We are an IT consultancy firm and host mail & web for our clients.

We have been running SFI for over 2 years now and it's the best software product I have ever purchased online. Great product, great support and a great community of users.

Where else could I have my feature requests included so quickly in a product, our customers love our filtering service and the quarantine and reporting that comes with it.

The product is low on resource usage, highly accurate for spam filtering and extremely stable.

I would highly recommend SFI to anyone looking to fight spam.

We're a web hosting service using 2 SFE's and thrilled with the product.  SFE is very fast and flexible using a SQL as a backend. Support is excellent and they have acted on many suggestions and improvements we the users have asked for. Wish all my vendors were like them. Thumbs%20Up

I work for an IT consultancy & internet services company, we've been using Spam Filter for a number of years now, and would agree with all of the above. Certainly the best anti spam product I have used so far, and have had no reason to look for anything else.

I have been running it for about 4 hours now and so far so good. It was super easy to install and setup. I can even see the spam being filtered out in the activity log. Thanks for making a great product.

do you occasoinaly see some spam passing the filter? I have been getting 2 SPAM e-mail out of 100SPAM e-mail spassing the filter.

Are there any things that I can do to make the filter better than how it comes out of the bos so to speak?

Are you using and manually entered customizations?

well, now i have about 4 out of 100 domains set up to go through the filter for testing.
with about 10,000 inbound connections per day, 600SPAM are getting through to my custom keywork list. 100 are getting through to the inboxes

You have SFDB, RBL, SURBL, Bayes, Greylisting enabled?

Take a look at the spam thats getting thru. Create bl keywords of unique words in the text.

Takes a little bit of training as each company gets different types of spam. We see one or two spams a week slip thru and our customers send them to us so we can write a keyword filter.
