It seems like I am adding more keywords to the keyword list every day all day.
There has to be a better way. What about SPAM filter ISP shared key word list opt in feature? Something like an option to use common keywords that have been blacklisted ny other SFISP users.

ed.kalk,

I really only use keyword filtering when all else fails and very few indeed.  See my post

if i didn't have an extensive keyword list, one e-mail address alone would have 600 SPAM per day

I would then have to say that something else is going on.  Keywords are great for quick fixes but I prefer to lean more twords network based blocking like rDSN, MAPS servers, graylisting, etc.

Below is a snapshot of what filters are blocking for one of our domains.  Note that Keywords is way down from most of the network based filters.

No Reverse DNS: 28,991 MX Record Fail: 6,374
SPF Fail: 1,978 IP in MAPS B/L: 45,705

i have everything turned on as well.

I actually do not use the baysean because this customer is a investment / funding company and their normal email looks like Spam to everyone else!  That is why the count is zero.

My point was more to point out the network based filters.
