We started getting reports of the messages not being delivered from the Quarantine when flagged for delivery.
 
I jumped on the SQL server and set a Deliver status to 1 on a message that the system had blocked for me...and sure enough...it does not get delivered.
 
The ini setting for the scan interval is set to the default of 5.
 
I have started/stopped the service, rebooted both the SF server and the SQL server...
 
HELP!  They have pitchforks and torches and are standing outside the castle walls!!!!!

Can you please zip and email us at support at logsat.com SpamFilter's activity logfile for the day with the problem? Please let us know the to/from addresses of the email in question so we can locate it in the logs, and please also include your SpamFilter.ini file so we may look at your database settings. If the zip is over 5MB in size, I'll send you a PM with our FTP login information so you may upload the file to us via FTP.
