Subject: How can I reduce my spam?

Hi I´m new to this software, and having some problems with spam on one of my relay servers. I have been running Trend IMSS, and converted this into SpamfilterISP yesterday. Today I received a lot of complains from my customers regarding SPAM.
I have tried to experiment with the settings with no luck. Still my spamwall relays appr. 30% of all incoming mails. This is too much - on Trend I had 12%.
I have tried greylist - but with this feature turned on, I am not able to receive mails from Telenor and Netcom (two of the larges ISPs in Norway).
Need suggestions on filter settings - and values.
Thanks!
Trond

ostaa,
If you can please zip and email us at support at logsat.com your SpamFilter's activity logfile for the day, we'll try to see what is happening. Please also include your SpamFilter.ini file and the entire \SpamFilter\Domains directory tree. If the zip is over 7MB in size, please upload it to our FTP site, for which I will send you the login credential via a PM.

I have updated my MAPS and SURBL list with :
bl.spamcop.net, true
sbl.spamhaus.org, true
dnsbl.njabl.org, true
and
black.uribl.com
multi.surbl.org
zen.spamhaus.org
Now it seems to work better!
