I am blocking certain countries such as Russia in our SpamFilter for a particular client. They still receive mail that has Russian character sets but that do not have the .ru domain.

What is the best way to block e-mails that use Russian characters? They also want to block several other character sets.

((?i)charset=("){0,1}.*((windows-1251)|(koi8-r)|(2022-jp)))

If I wanted to add additional character sets, would I just add them in parenthesis separated by the | symbol?

Is this the best way to implement blocking character sets? Kind of surprised there isn't a check box for character sets like there is for filtering mail from different countries...
