Hi,

Myself is nivrutti. I am new to this spam filter.

I would like to know that if I have whitelisted a country in spamfilter, and I wish to receive a mail from that country but senders ip is blacklisted. So in this case will I receive the mail.

Second Case :
I have forwarded a mail from the sfq. But I have not received that mail on my destination email server. Also that mail is not either in queue or in sfq. What will be the case.(I have received that mail on my mail server when I have changed the setting  in phpmyadmin like deliver=1 and expire=0)

nivrutti,

SpamFilter does not have an option to "whitelist" countries, only one to "blacklist" countries. This means that you can configure it to reject emails from specific countries. Blacklisting IP addresses will not alter this behavior, as in both cases emails are being stopped, not whitelisted.

In regards to your second question, I'm not sure what you mean. If you found the email in the quarantine database, it was received and stopped by SpamFilter as spam. Please note that in the demo version, you are not able to force the delivery of quarantined emails by changing "deliver" flag in the database (this feature is however fully functional in the licensed version).
