Subject: beta 151 startup error messages

When starting the 151 beta on an German WIn2k SP2 i get 2 error message boxes:

1. ((Path "%1" not found))

2. '7/1/2003 is not a valid date and time'

The "Path not found" has just been fixed in beta .152. We're working on fixing the date issue on non-US date format right now.
