Have you thought about putting in the ability to reject emails based on the delivery address. I have tried this using keywords but if there are other recipants of the email they don't get it as well.

We're not sure on why you would want to reject emails based on the recipients. If configured correctly, SpamFilter will only deliver emails to your users. If you do not want one of your users to receive emails, it would be simpler to configure/disable his account on your SMTP server.

If instead you are wanting to reject spam emails where the spammers have a generic "mike@hotmail.com" address in the "From:" header (please note the "From:" recognized by email clients rather than the RCPT TO command), then that should be already possible, since the keyword filter already does scan the SMTP headers.

If we misunderstood your question pse let us know!

I agree. That is one of the things that would definatley help. I'm an Administrator for a small (100 users) company, and having a recipient whitelist for valid e-mail addresses for my domain, or a recipient blacklist for invalid addresses and addresses of past employees would be very helpful.

I estimate 75% of the spam coming in are going to invalid addresses.

I would rather have a "blacklist" of old/dead email addresses... much easier to maintain.

All right then, we'll place this in the wish list and may be able to release a build with this extra options within the next couple of weeks.
