I am another ISP user and not with LogSat, here is my opinion. We have it installed. We have excluded the spamfilter from the realtime scans by process name 'spamfiltersvc.exe', as well as the 'temp' and queue 'directory'. My mail servers have user virus notification built in -- so we do our mail virus scan at the mail server not in spamfilter. If the CA Antivirus can cure a file you can set it to move a file or delete it -- I think this would have unexpected results on the spamfilter service. Anyne else want to chime in?

done that before. Just configure your AV software to listen on a different IP or Port number and configure SPAMFilter to forward to that IP and Port number. |
