Is there any way for the clients to check their own Quarantined Emails and deliver or delete. If we have 100's of clients, each with 10-20 spam messages a day, there is no way someone here could look through all of those messages. Also, who are we to determine if they are spam or not. It would be nice if there was a web interface for clients to login and check if a valid message was Quarantined. Or if a single email could be sent out to all recipients with Quarantined messages listing info on the Quarantined email. Then they could resond back somehow and say they wanted a certain one delivered. Let me know if anything like this is possible or if something is planned for future releases. |

We have this feature planned. Quarantine for sys admin use only is the 1st step. We'll be working on an APS web interface for customers to check their quarantined email soon. It will be a month or two before it will be ready. Roberto Franceschetti |
