Does the feature "tag spam and deliver" work?  I see this option was added and I have not been able to confirm it works.

If you have tried it what are the pros and cons?  Many of our hosted users find quarantine management difficult and others seem to enjoy it.  Is this a global feature?

Dwight,

First, Yes it works and I HAVE verified it.  Second, it is a global setting so it is all or none.  I have a customer that wants to only tag and I have a separate "instance" of SpamFilter running for his company.  We do charge an extra fee for that so it is worth the setup time to do this for our larger customers.  We have found that even our "Small Business" customers do not mind paying a nominal fee to have their own instance of the filter running so that they can filter Spam in a way that is not workable for our standard customers.

At this point, we have paid for the software and are well on our way to paying for our 4 Processor machine with the monthly fees and we still have our standard version running as a "Value Added" service for our regular customers.
