Hi, I have Spam filter Version 2.0.1.302. and I am trying to block Spam that I keep getting that have the following subjects:
 
<
account disabling warning
account security warning
account utilization warning
does it belong to you
excuse me
fake
re: hello
re: here
re: here is the document
I went into the settings for BlackWhite list ---> Key Word Filter and typed in the following:
 
 
Subject:<
Subject:account disabling warning
Subject:account security warning
Subject:account utilization warning
Subject:does it belong to you
Subject:excuse me
Subject:fake
Subject:re: hello
Subject:re: here
Subject:re: here is the document

 
now email with those words anywhere in the email body are being rejected. I looked at the read me file and I thought I did every thing the way they said. Am I just overlooking something somewhere. Please help

Anthony,

Look in the SpamFilter activity log for the entries that apply to one of the emails you see being incorrectly filtered. One you see that email, refer to the "thread ID" number in parenthesis next to the date/time. That ID will be the same for all log entries that apply to that message. Look for the line that says "Found Keywords", it will say which keywords triggered the filter. Can you ensure that it is actually one of the ones you mention that causes this to happen?
