I have a problem that I can't see a solution for.

What I want to be able to do is allow incoming emails from specific domains/IP'sto be allowed for some recipient domains but not others.

I can see that by placing these domains/IP's in the "Excluded Domains / IPs" file, I can bypass the filter.  I can also see that I can make this happen only for specific recipient domains by using the "Custom Domain Filters".  But how can I do this....

Recipient domain abc.com wants to bypass the filter for emails from 123.com only.

Recipient domain def.com wants to bypass the filter for emails from 234.com only.

Recipient domain ghi.com wants to bypass the filter for emails from 567.com only.

Maybe I'm asking too much - but I can't imagine that this is the first time this point has been raised.

Thanks for your help.

Belvoir,

Starting from SpamFilter ISP v 2.1, when an end user forces the delivery
of a quarantined email to his mailbox, the sender of that email will be
automatically whitelisted so that the number of false-positives (good emails wrongly
classified as spam) is reduced. The list of user-created entries is
stored in the file AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt. The whitelisting is
on a per-user basis, meaning that a sender is whitelisted only when he
sends emails to that specific recipient.

I believe this behavior is what you were asking, where a specific recipient request specific senders to be whitelisted. While SpamFilter does not provide an interface to manage the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt file, SpamFilter continuosly monitors that file for changes. This allows you to make changes to that file to fit your needs, and SpamFilter will automatically import those changes every 60 seconds.
