Roberto, This may not be a reasonable request but ... is there any way that a provision can be made to exclude IP's or message FROM addresses from being added to the SFDB? An example of a problem address is scomp@aol.net which is the from address that aol uses to send notifications to ISP's who have requested whitelisting and tracking. The following shows that it is triggering users filters but actually should not because the messages are only sent by request and are really needed and wanted my mail administrators.
64.12.138.21
There are a couple of other possible examples but this one is a potential problem. I have gotten around the block but not before getting a reaming out by the aol postmaster for blocking them.
