Hello
Sice a few days i'm facing a lot of problems with my Spam filter. Here the list with the problems: - People who are white listed are getting blocked - people who are black listed are coming thru - baysean filter, tells me it's 0% Spam even when i test with some really dirty words....
My boss is going to kill me soon, but i haven't worked with this spamfilter before so i'm a helpless.
Please any help appreciated, if you need more information let me know

Hanna,
If you can zip and email us a section of your SpamFilter's activity logfile, along with the "from" and "to" addresses that are not behaving correctly, we'll try to see what is happening. Please also include in the zip a copy of your whitelists and blacklists files, along with your SpamFilter.ini file so we can see your settings. |
