Hello,

We have installed the SpamFilter ISP evaluation version but it will expire in 3 days. What happens after? Will messages be directed without filtering, or will spamfilter stop accepting email? We want to buy the software but we recieve complaints from our costumers that some messages don't come true and that they are not in de quarantaine DB. All email currently comes true the spamfilter, we have removed the backup MX because spammers were using these to spam the configured domains.

Kind regards,

Tom

Tom,

When the trial expires, SpamFilter will terminate and will thus stop accepting emails. If you can provide us with the internet IP address of your server, we can locate your trial request and reset it. This will allow you to download a new activation code for the eval to extend your trial by 30 more days.

We've replied to your emails as well, however I'm afraid you have added some keywords to your filter that are a bit too aggressive, as all our emails are bouncing back apparently due to the keyword filter.
