Hi
I have some HTML emails in the quarantine with the rejectdesc "Blank email with specified attachment only" but the body from these emails aren't empty. As attachments 1 PDF file and 1 empty HTML File "Htmlpart.htm" were included. Is the empty HTML file the problem? Any suggetions? Could you please post the entire email contents, headers included, so we can better understand what is happening? If you wish, you can also email us at support at logsat dot com this info to keep it private and not visible on the forums. |

Thanks to Wayne's logs, we were able to identify two problems which caused valid, non-blank html emails to be blocked by mistake.
The patch will be available shortly, following are the release notes for this fix: // New to VersionNumber = '3.5.4.729'; {TODO -cFix : When using the "Customized Filter Settings" to disable the keyword filter for a domain, it's possible that the " Detected blank HTML email with specified attachment" filter could be triggered incorrectly} {TODO -cFix : When emails have multiple html parts, and the last one in the email is blank, it's possible that the " Detected blank HTML email with specified attachment" filter could be triggered incorrectly} |

I am having the same issues here...with version 3.5.4.730...I will be upgrading to the 4.0.0.772 version here soon...so if the issue isn't there then don't spend too much time here.. Emails are not blank but they are being seeing as blank with attachment. I have deleted my customers email address so it is not posted also changed the senders address...but posted the email and header for review...if you need the original just let me know. Sara,
We tried to replicate this by guessing what the email's format was, but are unable to. There's some extra carriage returns in this post, and the mime headers are missing, so i's probably best if you email us he entire email so we can try to be more accurate in replicating this. |

Yes, that is the right address, but we did not see any emails from you form neither the ????ltd.net address not the ????reach.com one, sorry. |
