I am currenlty trying evaluate your software. But I am having trouble customizing the filter settings for each domain.  Everything seems to be working properly.  I am able to connect to the DB, running in enterprize mode, but just cant seem to add any domains to the list.  Here is what I am trying:

Settings Button -> Click on "Required ! - Set Local Domains" button.  But it would seem the DBGrid List in the upperleft is disabled and does not allow me to add any domains to the list.

I also checked the table, and even the table "tbl_localdomains" will not allow me to add any rows in the SQL Administrator.

Is this a limitation of the evaluation version?  Will it not allow multiple domains?  If so, I will be unable to properly evaluate the software.

Thanks
Dan

In the DBGrid there should be initially one default entry called "ALL DOMAINS". If that entry is missing, this would indicate that there may have been issues when setting up the database initially.

When you originally installed SpamFIlter, under the "Settings - Enterprise / Standard Version" tab, did you click on the "Create / Check Database tables" button to have all the necessary tables created?

Could you please zip and email us at support@logsat.com your SpamFilter's activity logfile for today (found in the \SpamFilter\Logfiles directory), along with your SpamFilter.ini file and the entire \SpamFilter\Domains directory structure, so we can take a better look?

Yes, I did have the software create all the tables using the "Create / Check Database tables" button.

The files are on their way!

P.S.  Based on the log file it looks like there is a missing DB field.
