Is the user based maintenance of the quarantine optional?

Can the beta release be used like the older releases, with a single administrator maintaining and sifting through all the quarantined files?

Does the SpamFilter server need to have a web server on it to use the ASP interface?

Yes, it's optional.

Yes, but a database is necessary for the new quarantine feature. SpamFilter will work without a database, but the quarantine will be disables in that case.

Does the SpamFilter server need to have a web server on it to use the ASP interface?
No, the web interface is used only by end-users to access their quarantined email.
