I've got two servers running at the moment. One is 3.1.3.594, and one is 3.5.3.639.
Both connect to MySQL DB on Linux. I rebooted the Linux server, so the DB was offline for a while. 3.5.3.639 was reporting it could not connect to the DB (obviously since the machine was rebooting). During that time it make the quarantine DB inactive. Once the DB came back up, it did not bring the quarantine DB back online - it kept it off. I had to go through the 3 step process to activate the quarantine again. 3.1.3.594 could not access the db while rebooting either, but when the db came back online the quarantine is active. |

You're correct, we've replicated the problem. Thanks for the report! It's a rather ugly problem, we'll try to have it fixed as soon as possible and release a new beta with the fix.
