Roberto, I posted to the other thread concerning the whitelist and our users complaining that previously whitelisted addresses were being blocked (did not mean to hijack the other thread but did not get a response)... In researching this issue, we found cases in which inbound emails directed to multiple recipients with some recipients having whitelisted the sender's address going to the quarantine for ALL recipients AND delivering the email to those with the whitelist entry. This is confusing because the recipient receives the whitelist copy but then finds a copy of the same message in the quarantine. The sender receives a rejection notice and everyone gets pissy....and calls me....!!! We just rolled out 704 but this action does not appear to be by design - but I could be mistaken.... ???? Roy |

Roy,
These conditions are rather complex to handle, as there are multiple things going on... Emails are being split, sent to some but not to others, the remote server needs to receive certain codes but not others... This is the current behavior in SpamFilter if a spam email arrives, where certain recipients are whitelisted, while others are not.
