New problem with norman AV

I have a new problem with antivirus Norman AV plug in.
If I update to the latest, and restart spamfilter, antivirus plugin don't work... With DoNotStartWithoutAV=1, spamfilter open then quit...

If I don't restart, the update process loop, and can't update to the latest database...

Is there any information by your side ?

Does anyone has the same problem here ?

Try setting DoNotStartWithoutAV=0 then restart the spamfilter service.  Give it several minutes to update all the Norman files.  After that try setting the setting back to DoNotStartWithoutAV=1 and restarting and see if it stays running.  I have had some situations (2 times in the past 2 years) where some file got out of sync and Norman would not initialize properly until it re-updated.
