hecking SFDC
09/30/10 12:01:37:765 -- (3380) Received RCPT TO: abdul@XXXXXXX.com 09/30/10 12:01:37:765 -- (3380) - EmailTO is not in AuthorizedTOEmail list... but abdul@xxxxXXXX.com IS in the authorized email list.
Users are amassing at the front .... so any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ebtsup,
If SpamFilter logs the error "EmailTO is not in AuthorizedTOEmail list" unfortunately it means that the recipient email address is indeed missing from that list. Can you please double-check to ensure the address is spelled correctly, and that there are no leading/trailing spaces on the line containing that address? If you are using SpamFilter Enterprise, and you have configured the domain "xxxxXXXX.com" to have customized settings, are you certain that you added the address abdul@xxxxXXXX.com in the AuthorizedTO whitelist for that "xxxxXXXX.com" domain, and not in the "ALL DOMAINS" one? If you'd like to zip us (support at logsat dot com) your \SpamFilter\Domains directory structure, along with the section of SpamFilter's activity logfile from 12:00 to 12:05 on the 30th, we'd be happy to take a look. If the file containing the list of AuthorizedTO users is located outside the above directory tree, please include that as well.
