I got the new activation code but when I try to activate I get nothing back...I seem to be unactive at this time and need to get the virus checking back online...

disregard this please...it was my problem. when I cut the activation code from the web page I truncated a line of the code. might be good to display a message to the user when an invalid code is entered to activate however...
