Can SpamFilter have more than one port assigned in the SMTP Listener Socket section?
Like 25,26,27, etc.
If yes, then what is the maximum number of ports that can be assigned?

Sorry, that is not possible. You can specify which IPs to listen on, but only one port will be used.

You might be able to use your firewall and redirect the ports to the port you want on the spamfilter server...
