Is there a way to auto whitelist these type emails that come from a mostly different address each time?
this is always different: this is always same: I have one user who wants these emails, but if I white list in.constantcontact.com everyone will get email from them. Thanks in advance

mmmctune,
The AutoWhitelistForceDelivery whitelist supports the use of wildcards. You could thus add this line to it: ==*@in.constantcontact.com|YourUser@YourDomain.com to apply the whitelist entry just to them.

had to wait for one to come in. *==@in.constantcontact.com|youruser@yourdomain.com took care of it. Thanks!

I can't recall if it does this by default, but SpamFilter will check the From: header when whitelisting as well. So those random Constant Contact addresses, you can actually whitelist based on the From: header that you see in the email client. That way you are allowing the mail from a specific Constant Contact customer and not all of them.
