We've just found out that our antivirus partner Cyren has terminated operations. Unfortunately due to this we will not be able to provide anymore antivirus updates to all our customers who have purchased an antivirus subscription. Please allow us a few days while we calculate the refunds for the unusable portion of your subscriptions so we may issue them to everyone. We are very sorry for this unexpected turn of events. We'll be looking for a new antivirus vendor we can partner with, but this will take some time. |

Looks like they went bankrupt back in Feb 2023.

Then they continued operation for a little while and eventually everyone was let go. Someone called Data443 bought up the pieces in May 2023.

Hi Raphael, I'm sorry, we still do not have a resolution for this. We're continuing to evaluate potential avenues, including those related to DATA443. We hope for a positive resolution, but the road ahead is proving to be challenging. We'll keep everyone informed as things evolve. Roberto |

Hi Raphael, Unfortunately I have no additional news - we have not been able to find a viable antivirus partner yet. For
options, we ourselves have Sophos Endpoint Protection running on our
SpamFilter servers. SpamFilter is "antivirus friendly", so should any
server-based antivirus block any inbound email, or catch malware in any
of the temporary files that SpamFilter saves while processing emails,
SpamFilter will understand that it was blocked by a 3rd party and will
proceed to process other emails without running into any problems due to
the blocked/deleted files. I'm again sorry for this, Roberto
