Not sure if you can do this, but

is there a way to NOT Quarantine email that do not meet a Valid email if it's going to a Specific Domain.

IE.  if email "bla"  is rejected as spam to domain "aaaa.com" Then discard and do not quarantine.

However if email "bla" is rejected as spam to domain "bbbb.com" .  Quarantine and hold for review.

Not sure if this sounds like a bad thing, but some domains domains seem to have 100% spam an don't require review.

Kriss, the idea is a good one, but SpamFilter currently does not support that behavior.
