   As of late I have been noticing that SF keeps recreating the honeypotblockedIPs in the default install directory.  The only problem is that I have configured SF to use a different directory for this file.  Why does it re-create the file in the default directory after it is removed?  and yes it does use the file in the default dir but, not the one I have chosen.
