1. I just downloaded the eval copy. It seem work well so far. But I can't find Quarantine Report features inside the program. Do the registered version provide sending Quarantine Report to each user instead of asking the user to login web base & check their quarantine email online?
2. I do some testing... Email to invaliduser@mydomain.com will be accepted by SpamFilter. After trying send to my internal server & rejected by my internal server. It start to send NDR. Which is another type of "spam" to my default mail server. Do it support SMTP VRFY that able to verify with my internal mail server for valid & invalid users? If it is invalid user, then it will reject automatically. The features of "Authorised To" are not helpful to me as I have numbers of domain & user account. Creating the list will be nightmare for me. Thanks. |

tckoay, There is no quarantine report, you would have to write one. Many on the forum have. The design of SF out of the box is that users would login to check their quarantine. The AuthorisedTo list is important for us and we have written scripts to query our mail server every 15 minutes to get a current list. There is no builtin facility since there are tons of different mail servers out there. Could be that someone has already written something for the mail server your using so it could not hurt to ask here. |
