Peter,

I have gmail accounts that can email us but I do have a lot that get cought in filters that I do not understand.  I am looking at those shortly (from last night) and if I see anything, I will report back.  However, as I said, *most* gmail is, in fact, getting through so I do not know if this is related.

UPDATE:

I am fairly sure that my issue is isolated to just me unless someone is using my BL_EmailsFrom List.  It seems that either GMail allows their users to add funny characters to the "quoted" text or (and I find this unlikely) gmail itself is adding them.  In any event, the RegEx: ((?i).?(\$|\%|\#|\&|\*).*) falsly trapping a fair amount of gmail messages ... BUT NOT ALL.  I have removed the expression and the issues seems to be gone.

I have another Gmail oddball issue after enabling the greylisting.
I have a gmail account that is set to forward mail to my office email, which i behind SF ISP.
When mail is sent to the gmail account it is automatically forwarded properly.  However if email is generated form the at gmail account and sent to itself, the email does not appear to get through SF since the greylisting feature was turned on.  Before, any email generated from that gmail account and sent to itself would be sent to itself and forward to my office.  Now they just get sent to itself.  I have looked through the SF logs but cannot see where there is a connection attempt since all I can see are IP's greylisted.

Otherwise it seems to work

Thoughts?

I also am having the problem that email from gmail account is not getting through the greylisting. Does anyone have a list of gmail's ip's so that i can add them to the greylist allow? Or is their a better answer (besides telling people to get a REAL account ;)

Found the range it is
ip4:216.239.32.0/19
ip4:64.233.160.0/19
ip4:66.249.80.0/20
ip4:72.14.192.0/18
ip4:209.85.128.0/17
ip4:66.102.0.0/20
ip4:74.125.0.0/16
ip4:64.18.0.0/20
ip4:207.126.144.0/20

So the question is now is their a way to add these to the greylist allow without doing each ip address individually?

I'm sorry AndrewD, but the greylist only supports lists individual IPs, not subnets. This filter requires fast, high-performance queries, and this could not be obtained by added subnet searches along with individual IPs.
