Whenever we reboot our server for updates, the Spam Filter GUI starts up on the desktop. How can we prevent that from occurring?

We are running version 4.0.0.772

Thanks in advance.

Bill,

The GUI will always show up. You can minimize it to the tray by minimizing the application window.

Robert,

Thanks for your response, so there is no way to stop the GUI from appearing.

It seems that when it opens after reboot, it goes to the Activity Screen, which uses a lot of CPU resourses.

We have about 200 Domains with approximately 10,000 users. So there is a lot of activity.

If that is the issue, please note that both the "Activity Log" viewer, and the display of real-time "Connections" can be disabled to save CPU on busy servers.

The "Connections" can be disabled by checking the "Disable Conns Grid" options (see https://www.logsat.com/sfi-spam-filter-screenshots/sfi-global_configuration.asp for control location).

The real-time activity log viewer can be disabled via the checkbox present on the "Activity Log" tab.
