Without seeing the other entries relative to this email, we will not be able to reliably determine what is happening. If you can please ether post them here, or zip and email us at support at logsat.com SpamFilter's activity logfile for the day it happened, we'll try to be more helpful.

In the meantime, SpamFilter has a built-in timeout of one minute when forwarding emails to your server, as this is usually more than enough to forward an email. You may want to try to increase it by changing the following parameter in the SpamFilter.ini file from the defualt value of 60 to something like 180:

;Timeout when delivering emails to the destination SMTP server (in seconds)
ReadTimeoutOutgoing=180

You can make the change while SpamFilter is running, it will be imported within a few seconds.

Please note however, that increasing this timeout will only help in specific circumstance, ex. if the email is very large and is taking a long time to send it to your server. If you have that many emails being queued with timeout, it is much, much more likely that your mail server is somehow either delaying or refusing connections from SpamFilter. In this case, I strongly recommend you to check the mail server’s settings to ensure it trusts SpamFilter’s IP to relay mail freely, and/or to check its settings to ensure it is able to accept all emails form SpamFilter.
