Hello,

How can I admit Microsoft word attachments, this are being refused by spamfilter ISP and I don't find where can I allow it.

Thanks a lot.

Starbase,

Word attachments should be fine.  What is the bounce message?  Have you checked the "Blocked Attachments" rule set to make sure you DO NOT have something like *.doc in it?

Where can I find the 'blocked attachments'? I'm sorry if it's placed 'under my nose' but I can't find it.

Thanks a lot.

Ok, I've found it, but the list is blank...I don't understand the behaviour. when I try to send a .doc attachment, the server answers that the mail reaches some spam rule (aprox. I'm out of the office right now and I will post the exact phrase later).

thanks.

starbase, if you can please zip us the section of SpamFilter's activity logfile starting from 1 hour prior to the email being blocked, up until 1 hour after the email was received, we'll be able to see why it was blocked. Please also let us know what the to/from email addresses involved are so we may locate the email in the logs. If the file is over 5MB in size, I'll provide you our FTP login info via PM.
