Yesterday, our Bayesian Filter started to block the majority of our legitimate email coming into our mail server.  The following error is received by the sender:

reject reason:  Statistical filter match reject detail:  matches Bayesian filter - rejected - 100% spam

We've looked at quite a few emails and they are definitely mis-categorized as spam.

Any ideas?

Can you please stop SpamFilter, delete (or rename) the SpamFilter/corpus directory, and then restart SpamFilter? That should reset the corpus database for the bayesian filter in case it was corrupted and/or it contained bogus data.
