I currently have 2 servers in virtual machines that we are replacing with hardware versions due to load requirements. I have installed the first server and migrated it into production without any issues. The second server I have installed and configured and after it starts, it begins to load the configuration, and after a short time it is no longer processing mail. I cannot telnet to port 25 on the server and it does not produce anymore logs.
Shortly before it fails completely I get the following errors in the log.
07/29/09 21:13:07:833 -- (4436) Listen Exception occurred: Thread Error: The handle is invalid (6) 07/29/09 21:13:07:833 -- (12156) Exception occurred during DoIPtoCountry (211.117.213.91): Out of memory Edited by bdaniels - 30 July 2009 at 12:45am |

bdaniels,
Can you please try copying all the contents of the SpamFilter directory, excluding the SpamFilter.ini file, the \SpamFilter\LogFiles and the \SpamFilter\Domains directory structure from the "good" server to the "bad" server? This is in case there is a mismatch between the various .exe, .dll, .prb and .dat files. If the problem persists, can you please zip and email us SpamFilter's activity logfile for a day this failed to support at logsat.com?
