As of yesterday evening our spam filter started to black list an IP / domain we usually receive mail from.
We added ip / domain to the white lists, however, Spam Filter keeps adding it to the “Limbo” cache and subsequently, to the black list cache. Although this happens, we still receive the emails from that IP but it now takes anywhere from 20-50min.
any help would be great thanks.

niasan,

This setting in the SpamFilter.ini file will help you prevent that from happening:

;Add any IPs (separated by commas - no wildcards) that you do not wish to be automatically added to the Honeypot IP blacklist. This setting also prevents those IPs to be added to the IP cache blacklist

DoNotAddIPToHoneypot=
