When a message is caught based on keywords, the keyword that caught the message is recorded in the message headers.  If someone releases the message from quarantine they can then see the header.

I do not want any spammer using our system to 'test' their spam delivery.  They send a message to their own account and then see if it makes it through the filters etc.

By looking at the keyword header of messages they can see what keyword caught the message.

Any way to prevent it?

There isn't currently a way to prevent this from being displayed, but we have added the parameter "HideXSFBlockedKeywordsReasonHeader" in the SpamFilter.ini file in our current development build of SpamFilter. This feature will thus be available in the next build that will be released.
