Hi,
in some cases SpamFilter disconnected before sending ACK.
The sending SMTP recognizes this as an error and repeats the connection.
So the recipient gets the mail up to 30 times an more.

Are you referring to the SYN, SYN-ACK, ACK sequence, which establishes an actual TCP connection? In this case, please note that we rely on the Windows subsystem to handle that part of the connection - once it is established and SpamFilter has a connected IP, then SpamFilter kicks in and starts the filtering process.
SpamFilter does force a disconnect of the remote servers on specific occasions, but these all occur after the SYN, SYN-ACK, ACK sequence. If you could provide some more details (and possibly zip and email us a section of SpamFilter's activity logfile around the time this happened to support at logsat.com) we can try to help more.
