Over the years we have requested users to forward (as attachments) spam that slips through to their inbox to us. 

From there we develop keyword rules to try and block some of the spam that slips through.

The volume of email we are getting it becoming more than we can handle.

Is there anything we can do with the email that spamfilter misses?

It seems like a waste to have the information but not doing more with it.
