In the quarantine folder to delete a message it must be first selected by clicking the check button. Even if i select messages with mouse they are still not selected. for example i have 200 spam mesages in this folder, i should click 200 times... annoying isn't it? |

Dumb question... How in the world do things end up in the quarantine folder ? I have looked through the entire app as well as the docs but I am not clear on what causes some thing to be quarantined. My evaluating is blocking lots of spam but I never see anything in the quarantine folder. Lee |

In the Settings tab, then Configuration tab, the "Days to archive rejected emails" value. If this is 0 (zero), then emails are rejected. If set to a value greater than 0 then it mail will be quarantined for that many days. Roberto Franceschetti LogSat Software |

Unless I misunderstood your question, you should be able to select (highlight) all emails you want, then click on "Check selected" to mark as checked your selection. Roberto |
