I had SpamFilter running on a test server and everything ran fine. Yesterday I installed it (fresh) on a new server and migrated all settings over. The program runs great as expected but when I actually log off and back on I have to stop and restart the service to be able to access to system tray icon. It is running on a fresh install of win 2k server. the server has not been restarted since the install. I am not accessing through term svcs. I am using vnc to access the console. The only difference between this server and the test server is the destination mail server ports are different, but I don't think this should affect how the icon behaves. The service appears to still be running even though the icon is gone. I saw that this was once and issue with NT, but this is win 2k... not an upgrade. I think this is a great program and appreciate any help. Thanks, |

Peter, Can you let us know what version of SpamFilter and of VNC you are using? Roberto Franceschetti |

spam filter ver 1.1.2.122 not to seem like a suck-up but.... after seeing what your software does I am confident that I won't have a problem getting the registration fee from my superiors after it is running in production for a few weeks. Thanks again, |
