I'm using v1.2.0.178 and have some email users who should not be filtered at all. So created a file called unfiltered_email.txt, copied it on to spamfilter server and loaded in in the configuration screen. Unfortunatly the file won't show up in that particular field nor does it get loaded. Needless to say the email addresses are still filtered. :-( Anytthing I can do about I really need it urgently. - JoeE |

Joe, Place the file in the root of SpamFilter or create a folder just off the root and place the file there. Go into the SpamFilter GUI and manually type in the entire, absolute path to the file. For instance: d:\SpamFilter\Foldername\filterfilename.txt. Hit the Save Settings button and that should work. Get back to me with the status. Regards, Dan S. (Just a User!)

Joe, Did you go to the "Settings" tab, then "Black/White List" tab, then "Unfiltered Emails" in the WhiteList, then click on the little "Folder" button that allows you to select the unfiltered_email.txt file you created (and clicked on Save Settings)? Roberto Franceschetti |

Now it's seems to work, was just a problem with the file selection dialog.
