though all the list that resides in text-file consists of strings like

*domain.dom

SpamFilter doesn't block any e-mails from it.

why?

example:

i have "*rr.com" in blacklist

but (from log)

You are testing for relays from the server itself (I see the 127.0.0.1 in the log). SpamFilter trusts itself so from the server itself you'll always be able to relay anywhere you want. Please run your tests from a different computer and everything should be fine.
