I have entered a number of domain names to be blacklisted. However, we are still getting spam from some of these domains. Why is that? One of them, as an example, is cavalrymail.com. I even did a ping and blacklisted their IP address. Am I doing something wrong?

If you can email us at a copy of your spamfilter.ini file, along with all your local black/wite lists, we'll take a look. Roberto Franceschetti |
