It appears that Delivery Failure, Delivery Confirmation, and other types of informational emails get quarantined because they are "Empty Mail".  This seems to be a problem as users are not able to know if their email went through or got rejected.  How to get around this?

Alan,

You are right. We will be most likely removing the "Reject if empty mail from" option in the next build, as these error notices are usually sent with an empty "mail from" value. They do need to be delivered.

Please deselect this option.

It would be nice if there could be a whitelist for keywords in the subject line too.

That way I can leave the "Reject if Empty 'Mail-From' " checked and allow certain informationnal messages in of that sort that have a specific keyword.  At least until spammers start using them in thier spam that is...

Hi,

I agree with leaving the "Reject if empty mail from" option in the program. I would suggest maybe a note to the users of the consequences when using that way those of us that want to block these kinds of email can still do at our discretion. I like being able to block emails that don't have a “From address” since a lot of spammers use this to hide their tracks.

This is just my 2 cents worth.

P.S. So far this is a great product and I anticipate that it will get even better as you guys continue developing it.
